Curriculum vitae
Dr. Laura Díaz studied the Pharmaco Biological Chemist Bachelors in the Autonomous University of Baja California, from where she graduated in 2012. For her Masters in Science presented the thesis “Synthesis, structural characterization and in vitro biological evaluation of triphenyl imidazole derivatives”, obtaining the degree in 2015. She obtained her PhD in 2019 with the defense of the thesis “Phytochemical characterization of bioactive terpene and flavone type metabolites from the root of Salvia brandegeei and synthetic approximation of flavonic analogues”.
She works as teacher in the Faculty of Chemical Sciences and Engineering since 2015, in the theory and laboratories of Pharmacognosy and Organic Chemistry, amongst others.
